The Conservator of Forests (GIS), (the Authorized Officer) invites Request for Proposal (RFP) on behalf of the Principal Chief Conservator of Forests (PCCF), Odisha, (the Purchaser) from the Eligible OEMs and Authorized System Integrators – Vendors of the OEMs to provide an Enterprise GIS Solutions for Forest Department of Odisha. While submitting the bid, the bidder has to submit a nonrefundable amount Rs.1000/- in shape of bank draft drawn in favour of Principal Chief Conservator of Forests, Odisha, Bhubaneswar; along with the bid document towards the cost of RFP document.

At any time prior to the deadline for submission of bids, Authorized Officer reserves the right to add / modify / delete any portion of this document by issuance of an addendum, which would be
published on the web site and will also be made available to the all the bidders who have indicated their intention to bid.
