WAPCOS Limited is Inviting Quotation for Detailed Topographic Survey and Reporting for 38 Water Bodies for Providing Consultancy Services for Preparation of Master Plan for Restoration and Protection of Water Bodies within Chennai Metropolitan Area, Tamil Nadu.

Sealed quotations (in two parts viz. Part-I: Technical Bid & Part-I: Financial Bid) in two envelope system are hereby invited by The Regional Manager (SR) on behalf of WAPCOS Limited, Regional Office, Chennai (hereinafter referred to as “Employer”) from reputed and experienced firms / companies / agencies (hereinafter referred to as “bidder”) for Detailed Topographic Survey and Reporting for 38 Water Bodies for Providing Consultancy Services for Preparation of Master Plan for Restoration and Protection of Water Bodies within Chennai Metropolitan Area, Tamil Nadu.
The Project:
Project Preparatory Grant Fund (PGF) on behalf of TNUIFSL (Here after termed as ‘Client’), has entrusted WAPCOS Ltd. with the project named “Consultancy Services for Preparation of Master Plan for Restoration and Protection of Water Bodies and Waterways within Chennai Metropolitan Area (CMA)”.
The Project component includes Detailed Topographic Survey of 38 water bodies in CMA.
The bidder should have sufficient experience in Topographical Survey works and should own at least 4 (four) nos. Total Stations and RTK/DGPS. The bidder shall furnish along with the quotation, details of the complete company profile, relevant experience, list of similar works executed along with the cost of contracts, the personnel and equipment proposed for carrying out Detailed Topographical Survey and Alignment Survey.
Tender document can be downloaded from the WAPCOS website (www.wapcos.gov.in). Cost of Tender document is 100/- (Rupees One Thousand only) to be deposited in form of cheque or DD in the name of WAPCOS Limited payable at Chennai at the time of purchase of the tender document or the cost of the document shall be submitted along with the application in the form of separate Demand Draft. The document will not be sent by Post.
